From the outside you can determine the following :- What type of area is it in ? (opposite the nightly drunken pub fights ?) How popular is it ? (compered to the one next door) - the good ones are soon packed out by 'word of mouth' ,.. the bad ones always advertise a lot and are always half empty ... (until everyone in the local area has been there once .. and then they go bust) What sort of 'clientele' is it appealing to ? (loud pop-music & lap-dancing ?) What's the menu choices ? (& prices ?)
